2. Develop a relationship with your customer that shows you are invested in them. This sets you apart from your competition that pushes products or tries to sell them.

3. Help them solve problems. Whether it is within your field or not, problem solvers can become a irreplaceable resource as do those that help others close business. If you can solve problems and bring more business to your customer, you are not only part of the inner fabric, you are part of their bottom line!
